Mr. An joined Nebraska EPSCoR after completing an internship with the University of Nebraska Central Administration. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, he earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He is currently pursuing CPA certification and holds a Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
